Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately not; once an order has been placed, we can’t add more items to it. If you’d like to purchase additional products, please create a separate order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

There’s only a short window to cancel an order after it’s placed. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us right away. Read more here!

My order hasn’t arrived yet — when will it be delivered?

We know how exciting it is to receive your Vegavero order — let’s see where it is! If you placed your order outside our shop or can’t find your tracking details, please contact us directly and we’ll look into it for you.

Why are the prices different when I proceed to the payment compared to when I put them in the cart?

Usually, when you enter our website without being logged in, the prices shown include German taxes, which account for 7%. When you proceed to payment and log in, the prices will change automatically according to the tax percentage of your country.

I want to change my shipping address. What should I do?

If the parcel has already been sent, we cannot change your address. In this case you should contact DHL. Otherwise you can change your address at any time from your account.
