How do I create or delete my account?Updated a month ago

To create an account, simply click on the profile icon in our shop navigation and follow the instructions, or just click here.

You can’t delete your account directly, but you can contact us if you’d like to request the deletion of your personal data. Please note that this action is permanent – it will remove all information linked to you, including your order history and loyalty points.

Certain documents, such as invoices and payment records, must legally be retained and therefore cannot be deleted.
